The Kempinski Hotel Bristol Berlin has been awarded further certification – the German Travel Management Association (VDR) awarded the five-star hotel both seals of approval, “Certified Conference Hotel” and “VDR Certified Business Hotel”. With this certification, the VDR awards hotels which have specialised in the needs of business travellers and conference guests.

Meetings Concierge
This programme is available in all Kempinski Hotels & Resorts and offers you special discounts and privileges. It has been especially designed for groups of ten or more participating in a meeting or banquet in our hotel. We aim to not only fulfil your expectations but exceed them.
Conference flat rate
Our conference flat rate includes the following services:
- A personal Meeting Concierge Executive as direct contact throughout your function.
- Special accomodation rates (see below).
- Exclusive use of a conference room with direct dial telephone, modem and internet connection, presentation screen and flip chart and, if requested, also a fax.
- Technician to help with any technical queries.
- Your own personal choice of international newspapers, daily, in the conference room.
- Pens and stationary from the Meetings Concierge Store.
- Morning and afternoon coffe breaks as well as two alcohol-free drinks per participant served in conference room.
- Light, 3-course afternoon lunch including alcohol-free drinks, tea and coffee.
Overnight accommodations
As part of the Meetings Concierge package, we also offer you special accomodation rates. This also include access to the pool, wellness area and fitness studio in the hotel.
