Every Sunday: Traditional Sunday roast
German families have always enjoyed the tradition of the festive Sunday roast. Gently roasted, served with a delicious sauce, it is a true delicacy. We carry on this Sunday ritual and prepare a real classic for you including Ruppiner leg of lamb, roast veal and other specialities. All our Sunday roasts are carved at the table and served with side dishes.

Regional speciality: Müritzer leg of lamb
Gourmets all over the world appreciate it: Müritz lamb from the famous Schwagrzinna family of breeders has achieved almost a cult status in all the kitchens of top hotels and restaurants. The animals are reared on the open pastures of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte (Mecklenburg Lakes) and the meat is particularly tender and flavoursome. Carved direct at your table from the meat trolley, Müritz leg of lamb is served with bacon beans and au gratin potatoes.
